Clear skies after the recent rains left the southern California basin looking like paradise. I took the pictures from Hillcrest park in Fullerton - one looking at Mt Baldy, the other looking out to Catalina island - Twin harbors.
While the weather is great, the economic picture is still uncertain with potential difficulties anticipated in the future. But at least our state legislature and governor were able to get a budget passed yesterday.
